Near the southern end of the historic Waihe‘e community is Betsill Brothers 113 acre Waihe‘e Mauka Agricultural Subdivision. Thirteen large agricultural lots are sited among an orchard of macadamia trees. Planning plans include protected open space and architectural standards that enhance the scale and styles of the existing Waihe‘e community.
